Eastern States Conference March 15-17, 2024, Middletown, Rhode Island
The Eastern States Conference will be held Friday March 15, 2024 -Sunday March 17, 2024, at The Wyndam Newport Hotel, 240 Aquidneck Ave Middletown, RI. The room rate will be $129 a night for double occupancy plus taxes. Maximum occupancy for each room is 4 people. The rate includes complimentary parking, a shuttle to Newport and wi-fi. The discounted rate is applicable 1 day prior. There is a limited number of rooms available for Sunday night. For hotel reservations, call 1-401-236-2020. Our group code is ‘NRLCA’. Hotel reservations must be made by February 14, 2024, to receive the group rate. All reservations must be accompanied by the first night’s room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card.
Registration for the conference is $40 per person. Registration for non-conference guests wishing to participate in breakfasts and all other program activities is $15 per person. The deadline for registering is March 1. 2024. Registrations received after March 1st or “at the door” will be $50 for conference attendees and $20 for non- conference guests. Registration includes a continental breakfast on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, and all program activities. The Saturday evening Banquet will be $40.
The Executive Committee meeting will be Thursday, March 14, 2024, at 6 PM.
